How do you ship?
We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Products are repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages.
How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 48 hours. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.
How do I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders. Since the order process is entirely computerized, it is much faster, more efficient and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be cancelled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 30 days). NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.
What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
We have no limits to how much you can order.
Customs have seized my order?
We estimate that between 3-5% of all orders are seized by customs. If an order gets seized by customs and therefore is considered lost, the customer will get one resend free of charge to another adress, only after a valid seizure letter is shown.

How long does it take for shipment to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours first-class, priority airmail. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days, defence of destination. Airmail while being a little slower than express shipping is more reliable and more discreet.
Usually 60% of airmail packages arrive under 10 days, while 20-30% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still others will show up at around 30 working days. This is a reflection of inconsistencies with various postal representatives, and not services provided by us.
Delivery Delays Keep in mind that there are a couple of possible situations that can occur with your order to cause possible delivery delays. What should I do if I don't receive my order?
Orders may not arrive due to custom seizure or it could be lost in the mail. In case the package is seized at customs, please send us the seizure letter from customs or FDA at Contact Form ,and we guarantee to reship it for free. Please be advised that: We reship only once. Also please be aware that: We are not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Coreea.
If my package is late, how much do I have to wait before contacting you?
Orders may delay due to customs or because of mail service instability. In case you do not receive your order within 24 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance in the matter.
What does "Semi-shipped" status mean?
The "Semi-shipped" status of the order indicates that the order has been released and the shipping process initiated. One part of the order has already been sent, the second part is still processing and will be shipped out within 1-3 days.
