3. Using either method, provide the information about receiver.
If Money Transfer asks you about purpose of sending money tell them that are for your relatives (family) or for a friend in need (they dont allow sending money for commercial purposes). They dont need or have any right to know what you may need to send money over seas for. For safety please do not include any notes on the transaction such as our web site name or any product names.
4. Once payment has been sent, simply reply to Contact Form and fill in following info:
The Money Transfer control number (MTCN):
Money Transfer sender's name (name of the person who paid money):
Money Transfer sender's last name (last name of the person who paid money):Country where it was wired from (your country):
Exact amount and currency wired (without Money Transfer fee):
Order Number
Complete postal address
To make a payment you can either contact a Moneygram office by phone or go to an office or agent. You can use your credit, debit card or cash to make payment with them.
Once you have made your order, you will receive an email from us specifying to whom you should make payment. After making payment to us at the Moneygram office, they will give you a reference number.
You must email this moneygram reference number to Contact Form (with the exact name YOU used with Moneygram) for shopmusclefit.com to be able to pick up the money transfer. As soon as the money is collected, your order will be processed and sent to you. Usually the same day.
